So I ain a server with a friend, and recently this group of hackers decided to join and hijack out accounts. We've figured out this much: there is a group of at to the lowest degree three of them who are using cracked launchers to 'get into' our accounts. Though they aren't in it, our server believes it's us, and and so they are immune to grief, ban players, etc. We've sent an electronic mail to Mojang in hopes of help, in which their usernames and the IPs they were using were included. But it's gonna be a while I'grand sure until we hear a response.
Until and then, I don't want to have our server stopped while we are paying coin to continue it running. Whatsoever words of advice?

If they are using cracked launchers they are not logging in with your account, but spoofing your proper name.
Your server is allowing offline players to login and spoof other names, make sure the server is set to online mode and ban the IP's of the cracked clients.
Mojang will about likely practice nothing as it is your server, Mojang accept no controll over servers.

We've tried everything, but they are logging in as us, the owners, and so they get all the OP commands. Anticheat, ban, etc doesn't work when their names are reading as ours. Not even IP ban.
Edit: nosotros also run on bungee.

They're not using the launcher, the hackers are.
Make sure your server is set to Online style in the server.properties. Once you've changed it restart the server and you lot'll have no hastle with the hackers.

I don't think they can get a password via offline way anyhow. If it turns out you're on online mode then change your passwords asap.

They said they use bungee, and one of the reqs is that the y'all run in offline mode.
I'd advise you alter the server ports to something that does non begin with 255 and if you can, cake these ports.

Thats not truthful, aye bungeecord has an offline option, but its not required. If you await at the bungeecord configs its set up to online mode = true by default.
Offline mode is the problem here, and every bit said above setting to online mode will fix the effect.

hullo, the problem is, every time we block an ip, they come back with another 1 so that isn't helping united states of america right now sadly
information technology is in online mode, the problem is that we have full accounts so when they "log in" as us, the server thinks information technology'southward really u.s.. we take mostly fixed the problem, but whatsoever other suggestions at this point would be great (y)

Every bit long equally your server is in online mode, you shouldn't have problems anymore. If you however are, then they may accept admission to your account, which in that case, I would recommend you change your countersign ASAP.
IP banning is the near pointless thing yous can do. Information technology can be hands bypassed with a VPN or proxy within minutes.

Similar nearly croaky servers have, install a "log in" plugin. This forces a thespian to enter a password they set upon joining the server. This should set up your trouble until your dilemma is solved.
This was mentioned earlier, merely I'll say it again. Yous have to get to your server properties file and change information technology to online way = truthful. This wont let croaky launchers to join your server.

I'chiliad pretty sure cracked launchers tin can't enter premium servers. Then make your server for paid accounts merely. I know there is a way, but I don't know HOW.
